Accessing Bonnier Bookshelf

As part of the security measures in place around Bookshelf and MasterPlan, we don't store your passwords. So, if a password is forgotten or expired, it needs to be reset.

Users of Bookshelf for Bonnier and MasterPlan can reset their own passwords on the relevant log-in pages.

Resetting Passwords for Bookshelf

1. Go to the Bookshelf for Bonnier log-in page bookshelf.bonnierbooks.co.uk
2. Click the Login button
3. Click Forgot your password?
   
   

4. Enter your email address and recover a reset code by email
5. Enter the received  6-digit code.
6. Create and confirm your new password.
7. Log-in with new password at Bookshelf for Bonnier log-in page page bookshelf.bonnierbooks.co.uk

Resetting Passwords for MasterPlan

1. Go to the MasterPlan log-in page masterplan.circularsoftware.com/Client5352/
2. Enter email address
3. Click Forgotten password? to receive a Password Change email
4. Click the link in the email to enter and confirm your new password.
   
   

5. Return to the MasterPlan log-in page masterplan.circularsoftware.com/Client5352/ to log-in.
