  12. New command added Set-Up > Apply Walker Books Group InDesign preferences to apply agreed preferences to InDesign application and open documents (for those not created with GreenLight)
  13. Choice of paper stock influences the default selection of FOGRA51 or FOGRA52 for newly created documents, otherwise no default chosen and the user is prompted to set
  14. Increasing default to 7mm overall overhang on PLC width and keeping 6mm overall overhang on height (adding these to TPS)
  15. Resolved broken URLs when requesting more info for some new checks

  1. When running checks on a file for the first time, GreenLight asks user to select the WBG checklist to use
  2. Once a document has a GreenLight report, checklists are read in and reused without prompting. To switch checklists for a document, remove the GreenLight report or layer.

  5. Removed page raneg from Document name matches WBG filenaming check and File Creation Policy

  1. Walker Books Group PDF presets are deployed on first launch:

  2. A sample output folder is created in the Circular Software Export folder the desktop
  3. Export menu > Print PDF and Proof PDF writing to sample export folder
  4. Text Wrap and Text Image layers combined with TEXT layers on export
  5. Translation file sets have no watermark added and include zipped fonts and font report CSV on export to sample export folder
  6. Export Archive file sets offers to include Print PDFs when packaging and create Translation file sets
