The GreenLight for Quarto 2025.0 checklist for internal pages, either internal (INT) or prelims (PRE), at Final Files stage. Files are prepared with CMYK inks allowed on the text layer.
This check verifies that the bleed area for facing pages is set to 5mm on outside edges only.

This check is to make sure that pixel image links are placed at a size so they output at a minimum of 250ppi. This check also allows the GreenLight user to allow exceptions to this rule.

This check make sure links have NOT been embedded in InDesign.
This check make sure all InDesign links are OK. No image links can be missing or modified.
This check reports when the file format of any placed images is GIF.
This check reports when the file format of any placed image is PNG.
This check verifies whether text is on the page and inside a ‘safe area’ within the page. Exceptions are allowed.
This GreenLight check looks for 'overset text' sometimes called 'overmatter' - text that is contained inside the InDesign document but does not appear on the page.
This check flags up any objects on the CMYK layer that have been set to overprint. If this has been done intentionally, exceptions can be made.
This check looks for any text present on the CMYK layer. If text is intended to be on this layer then an exception can be made.
This check is to make sure that all InDesign page sizes match the trim page size (TPS) set in the Book Info. All pages are checked.
This check is making sure that any spot colours used in InDesign are intended and have been marked as expected exceptions.
This check makes sure that the InDesign document is named in the agreed way that identifies its contents.
This check is making sure that the layers used in InDesign are matching the layout structure required by Quarto.
This check looks at the colour and overprint settings of images on a text layer and reports whether they have all been set up to use 100% opacity and the Normal blend mode.
This check makes sure that any text wrap is applied only to objects on text layers and reports when text wrap has been applied to any objects on NON text layers.
This check ensures that all objects are on the page or within the bleed area. Any objects that are completely outside the bleed area are flagged.
