GreenLight checks can be used to check a wide variety of things. Some examples of useful GreenLight checks are that an InDesign document is the correct size and named according to client guidelines, has all text appearing within the trim area, all fonts used are of the correct type and from an agreed list and images have the correct effective resolution, colour profile and are linked from a certain location.

Each check can have one of two possible results. Checks are either true or false. A true result means that the document is setup in the required way and a false result means that the document has not been set up correctly.
