Creating Archive File Sets
A standardised and structured file package ready for archiving.
GreenLight Pro & Custom users automate the packaging and export of files ready for content for archiving and retrieval.
Jackets, endpapers and internal sections with a 100% GreenLight pass can be packaged for using the command Export menu > Package Final Files.
The resulting package is output to the 'GreenLight_Export' desktop folder inside a 'PACKAGED' subfolder .
Different GreenLight Custom publishers may have different requirements
The package contains the InDesign document, an IDML file (for opening in earlier version of InDesign), and all links. Also, for internal sections, a Sales, Marketing and EPUB / See Inside PDF is exported and included in the package to make a complete set of files for archive.
Links are updated to the links in the exported package.
