At Circular Software, we respect your right to privacy. You can visit Circular Software websites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. However we want to give you the best support and as much control over your personal information and preferences as possible. For this reason, we may ask you to register or provide personal information such as your name and email address when you visit certain areas of the Circular Software website such as subscribing to eNewsletters, requesting information or downloading software.
When you provide us with your name, mailing address, telephone number or e-mail address, Circular Software and Circular Software representatives may use this information to alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information, events and new services.

We never share your information. Circular Software does not offer or allow for the sale of any user-provided personal information to third parties.

Membership

You are required to sign up as a free member in order to download and use Circular Software desktop applications.

By becoming a member you allow Circular Software representatives to contact you, you may “opt out” of this preference at any time, whether you’re online or by contacting Circular Software directly. You’ll always have the option to opt back in and have Circular Software contact you based on your previous or new preferences. For detailed instructions, please see the section “Contact Us,” below.
If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still visit most of Circular Software’s web sites; however, you will not have access to areas that require personal identification.We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us, however this data is only used for analysis purposes of trends and statistics, after which it is discarded.

Updating your personal information and preferences

Members can alter their name, email address, ID number (which identifies the Mac they are using) and their preferred currency by signing in to their account on our website and choosing the 'My Account' option from the Members dropdown member on every page of our website.

Cookies

There are various technologies, including one called “cookies”, which can be used to provide you with tailored information from a web site. A cookie is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. Circular Software pages may use cookies but only to anonymously store preferences.

We have implemented appropriate technical and managerial procedures to maintain information that is accurate, current, and complete. We will make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal information inaccuracies in a timely manner.

What are your rights?

The GDPR includes the following rights for individuals: the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling. If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
